Purpose of personal data processinn
Contact details to be able to invoice as well as contact customers if needed.

Usually, personal data is collected directly from you when you order a service from us, either via the contact form on our website, via telephone or via email. Sometimes we need additional information to keep the information up-to-date or to verify that the information we have is accurate, which we do by checking the information in, among other things, YTJ’s corporate and organizational data systems.

We may also collect information from you through feedback or other interaction via our digital channels, which include: inquiries via Facebook and Tawk.to chat conversations with you. These are stored and registered for verification of assignments, for documentation and for quality and development purposes. For security reasons, we have camera surveillance at our office.

Personal data processed
Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Recipient of personal data
The personal data is handled by MediaWolf’s owner, Kaj Lindeman. The information in the customer register is not passed on to other parties, except for contact details that appear on an invoice, which is handed over to MediaWolf’s accounting firm.

The storage period
The information is stored for the time being in the customer register and the information on invoices according to the Accounting Act.

Rights
Persons who are included in the customer register have the right to request access to and rectification of their information. The persons are also entitled to request deletion of their information.
